This article provides an in-depth analysis and a critical examination of the human rights protection instrument that does not govern mechanism to resolve problem Freedom Religion violation. use normative legal research with statutory historical approaches. The data will be analysed by using descriptive-analytical analysis. reveals Human Rights Protection, especially on Right Religion, is still becoming matter concern for Indonesia. right freedom religion or belief fundamental recognised in all major treaties.
